Garlic Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 6-8

Fresh medium shrimps

Lime juice

Flour

Olive oil

Whole head of garlic, chopped

Chilies, thinly sliced

Salt

Method :
  • Peel shrimps, remove the heads and tails and devein.

  • Marinate in lime juice for 30 minutes.

  • Sprinkle flour on shrimps and mix lightly. Heat olive oil in a wok.

  • Saute garlic over low heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

  • Add shrimps. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until shrimps are almost cooked.

  • Add the chilies and salt. Heat through 1-2 more minutes or until shrimps are fully cooked.

  • For a spicier taste, crush the chilies lightly before serving.
