Pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks

Mangoes, peeled and sliced

Bananas, peeled, halved lengthways and cut into 2.5 cm pieces

Lychees, peeled and pitted

Limes, quartered

Method :
  • Arrange the fruit on a platter with the lime quarters around the edge, to squeeze over the fruit according to taste.
