Stir-Fried Pork Recipe

Seasoning A

1 teaspoon each

1 teaspoon each

Baby bok choy

Carrots

Black fungus

Spring onion

Pork loin

Eggs

 

 

Dark soy sauce

Cornstarch

 

 

Salt, dark soy sauce

Rice wine, sesame oil

Method :
  • Cut the baby bok choy into sections. Blanch and shred the carrots and black fungus.

  • Mince the spring onion.

  • Rinse and cut the pork loin into thick shreds, mix with Seasoning A and marinate for 5 minutes.

  • Beat the eggs and fry to make an omelet. Remove and shred when cooled.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir fry the spring onion, followed by the carrots, black fungus, omelet shreds, and pork shreds.

  • After a while, add in bok choy and Seasoning B.

  • Stir fry well and serve hot.
