Aromatic Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients : Makes 6 - 8 pcs

2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1 sprig

Chicken wings

Garlic spread or Garlic and Herb Spread

Ground pepper

Dark soy sauce

Honey (optional)

Fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, for garnishing

Method :
  • Clean and wash chicken.

  • Pat dry with kitchen paper and prick with a fork.

  • Marinate chicken with the garlic spread or garlic and herb spread, ground pepper, dark soy sauce and honey.

  • Keep it refrigerated, preferably overnight.

  • Heat oil in wok.

  • Deep fry chicken in hot oil for about 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.

  • Serve on serving plate.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves.
