Chicken with Green Pepper Recipe

Chicken meat

Green peppers

Red peppers

Garlic, sliced

 

 

Egg white

Cornstarch paste

Soy sauce

 

Oil

 

 

Soy sauce

Brown vinegar

Wine

Cornstarch

Sesame oil

Sugar

Salt

Method :
  • Remove all bone from chicken, cut into 1 inch cube. Soak with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 egg white mixture for 1/2 hour, at least.

  • Remove seeds and stem from green peppers and red peppers, cut into 1 inch squares, slice garlic.

  • Heat 3 cups oil to boiling point, fry chicken about 1/2 minute until done, remove chicken from pan and drain oil.

  • Use 2 tablespoons oil to fry garlic until golden brown. Add red peppers and green peppers. Stir fry for a few seconds.

  • Add the chicken and seasoning sauce. Stir until thickens.

  • Serve immediately.
