Remove all bone from chicken, cut into 1
inch cube. Soak with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch,
1/2 egg white mixture for 1/2 hour, at least.
Remove seeds and stem from green peppers
and red peppers, cut into 1 inch squares, slice garlic.
Heat 3 cups oil to boiling point, fry
chicken about 1/2 minute until done, remove chicken from pan and drain
oil.
Use 2 tablespoons oil to fry garlic until
golden brown. Add red peppers and green peppers. Stir fry for a few
seconds.
Add the chicken and seasoning sauce. Stir
until thickens.
