Chicken with Snow Peas Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Seasoning A :

1/2 teaspoon

Seasoning B

2 teaspoons

Snow peas

Ginger

Carrot

Egg

Chicken breast meat

 

 

Salt

Cornstarch

 

 

Chicken seasoning powder

Method :
  • Rinse and trim the snow peas. Slice the ginger and carrot.

  • Break the egg in a bowl, remove the yolk.

  • Cut the chicken breast meat into strips, mix with egg white and Seasoning A, marinate for about 15 minutes.

  • Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan, scald the chicken until it changes color. Remove and drain.

  • Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and stir fry the ginger. Add the snow peas, carrot and Seasoning B, cook over high heat. Add the chicken and stir fry evenly. Serve.
