Chicken with Spring Onions Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 3-4

Seasoning

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

Spring onions

Chilies

Drumsticks

Ginger

 

 

Rice wine

Pepper

Dark soy sauce

Method :
  • Cut the spring onion into sections. Slice the chilies.

  • Cut the drumsticks into small chunks and scald in boiling water until 70% cooked. Removed and drain.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir fry the spring onions, ginger and chilies.

  • Add the chicken chunks and Seasoning, stir-fry over high heat until the chicken is cooked and tender.

  • Serve hot with white rice.
