Crispy Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Recipe

(Canh Ga Chien Nuoc Mam)

Ingredients : Serves 4

1 kg / 6 pieces

Marinade

1 clove

2 tablespoons

1/2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

Chicken wings

Cornflour (cornstarch)

Cooking oil, for deep frying

 

 

Garlic, peeled, finely chopped and squeezed for juice

Fish sauce

Chicken seasoning powder

Ground white pepper

Sugar

Method :
  • Cut each chicken wing at the mid joint.

  • Combine marinade ingredients and marinade chicken for 1 hour

  • Drain chicken and coat well with corn flour

  • Heat oil over medium heat until it is very hot.

  • Deep fry chicken until golden brown.

  • Remove and drain well.

  • Serve hot.
