Diced Chicken with Mustard Green Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Seasoning A

1 tablespoon

Seasoning B

1/2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Chicken

Mustard green

Chilies

 

 

Cornstarch

Dark soy sauce

 

 

Chicken seasoning powder

Rice wine

Method :
  • Dice the chicken, mix with Seasoning A and marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Rinse and chop the mustard green. Slice the chilies.

  • Pour 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir fry the chilies.

  • Add the diced chicken and mustard green, stir fry until cooked. Stir in Seasoning B and serve.
