Spicy Chicken Slices Recipe

Seasoning A

1 tablespoon

Seasoning B

1 tablespoon

 

Seasoning C

1 tablespoon each

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

 

Seasoning D

1/2 teaspoon

Chicken breast meat

Green pepper

Red pepper

Ginger

Some cornstarch water

 

Dark soy sauce

Cornstarch, minced garlic

 

 

Chili sauce

 

 

Dark soy sauce, sugar

Minced ginger

Cornstarch

 

 

Ground Sichuan peppercorn

Method :
  • Slice the chicken breast meat and marinate in Seasoning A. Slice the green and red pepper.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil and stir fry the ginger slices and Seasoning B briefly.

  • Add the chicken slices and stir fry until cooked, followed by Seasoning C and pepper.

  • Stir briefly and thicken with cornstarch water.

  • Sprinkle with Seasoning D and serve.
