Spicy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 3-4

Seasoning A

1 teaspoon each

 

Seasoning B

1 teaspoon each

2 tablespoons

Small cucumbers

Garlic

Chilies

Egg

Chicken breast meat

Some cornstarch water

 

 

Dark soy sauce, cornstarch

 

 

Sugar, rice wine

Chili sauce

Method :
  • Cut the small cucumbers into pieces. Mince the garlic. Slice the chili.

  • Beat the egg in a bowl.

  • Cut the chicken breast meat into strips, mix with Seasoning A and half of the beaten egg. Marinate for about 5 minutes.

  • Warm 1 cup of oil in a pan, add the chicken, cease heat and soak until it changes color. Remove and drain.

  • Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir fry the garlic, chili and Seasoning B. Pour in 1/3 cup water and bring to a boil.

  • Add the small cucumbers and chicken. Cook until done.

  • Thicken with cornstarch water and serve.
