Bean Paste Dip Recipe

Ingredients :

Water

Glutinous rice, soaked for 1 hour

Split green beans, soaked overnight

Pork or chicken liver, sliced

Preserved soy beans

Sugar

Salt

Method :
  • Bring water, glutinous rice and green beans to the boil until soft and fine like porridge.

  • Blend together with liver and preserved soy beans until smooth,

  • Bring to the boil and season with sugar and salt.

  • Serve as a dipping sauce.
