Dark Sesame Paste Sauce Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

Dark sesame paste, blended with 5 teaspoons water

Thick soy sauce

Salt

Sugar

Vinegar

Sesame oil

Garlic, finely minced

Spring onion (scallion), finely sliced

Ginger, finely minced

Red chili, seeds removed, finely minced

Method :
  • Stir the liquid ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.

  • Add in minced items.

  • Stir well until minced items and liquid ingredients are well mixed.

  • Transfer to a smaller bowl.

  • Serve as a dipping sauce to beancurd skin rolls or spring rolls.
