Fermented Anchovy Dip Recipe

(Mam Nem)

Ingredients :

Fermented anchovy paste

Pineapple, finely crushed

Garlic, peeled and finely chopped

Red chili, seeded and finely chopped

Lemon grass, bulbous portion only, finely chopped

Sugar

Water

Method :
  • Combine ingredients and mix well. Bring to the boil stirring then allow to cool.

  • Serve as a dipping sauce.
