Mixed Fish Sauce Recipe

(Nuoc Mam Pha)

Ingredients :

60 ml

1 teaspoon

2 teaspoons

1

2 cloves

1 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

Water

Rice vinegar

Sugar

Red chili, seeded and finely chopped

Garlic, peeled and crushed

Lime juice

Fish sauce

Method :
  • Mix ingredients together and serve as a dipping sauce.

  • If making in larger amounts however, bring water, vinegar and sugar to the boil then allow to cool before adding chili, garlic and lime juice.

  • Stir in fish sauce before serving.
