Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-6

2 tablespoons

1 1/2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon

1 1/2 teaspoons

2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons

Chicken stock

Oyster sauce

Soy sauce

Cornstarch

Water

Oil, for frying

Method :
  • Mix well the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch and water. Leave aside.

  • Heat oil in wok.

  • Add in the mixture.

  • Stir for a while. Add in chicken stock.

  • Serve hot as dipping sauce.
