Peanut Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Leo) Recipe

There are countless versions of this popular dipping sauce. This simple rendition uses ample hoisin sauce mixed with crunchy peanut butter. If you want some heat, add 1 or 2 minced red chilies to the mixture.

Ingredients :

Water

Hoisin sauce

Tamarind juice

Crunchy peanut butter

Sugar

Ground peanuts

Chopped garlic

Method :
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

  • Keep refrigerated if not in use.
