Peanut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients :

3 tablespoons

1 tablespoon

2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Water

Peanut butter

Hoisin sauce

Corn flour (cornstarch), mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Red chili, seeded and finely chopped

Chopped peanuts (groundnuts)

Method :
  • Combine water, peanut butter and hoisin sauce and bring to the boil.

  • Add corn flour mixture and stir until sauce is thick.

  • Serve topped with chopped chili and peanuts.
