Shrimps in Cashew Nuts Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

1 stalk

10 g

150 g

 

Seasoning

1/3 tablespoon each

1 teaspoon

Spring onion

Cashew nuts

Shelled shrimps

 

 

Salt, chicken seasoning powder

Rice wine

Method :
  • Mince the spring onion. Rinse and wipe the cashew nuts.

  • Devein and rinse the shrimps.

  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and stir fry the shrimps until they change color, remove and drain.

  • Continue to heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the minced spring onion and cook the cashew nuts.

  • Add the shrimps and Seasoning, stir evenly.

  • Serve hot.
