Shrimps with Assorted Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Seasoning A

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 tablespoon

 

Seasoning B

1/2 teaspoon each

1/4 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

Shelled shrimps

Carrot

Spring onion

Tomato

Ginger

 

 

Salt

Cornstarch

 

 

Rice wine, sesame oil

Salt

Cornstarch water

Method :
  • Rinse and devein the shrimps, marinate with Seasoning A for 30 minutes.

  • Dice the carrot. Cut the spring onion into sections. Cut the tomato into chunks.

  • Cook the carrot in boiling water, remove and drain.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, stir fry the shrimps until they turn red and remove.

  • Continue to heat the remaining oil and stir fry the spring onion and ginger slices, followed by the carrots, and tomato.

  • Lastly, add the shrimps and Seasoning B, stir fry over high heat and remove.
