Shrimps with Corns Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Japanese soybeans


Mock shrimps

Some cornstarch water



White pepper

Chicken seasoning powder


Method :
  • Rinse and drain the Japanese soybeans and corns separately.

  • Rinse, drain and dice the mock shrimps.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, stir fry the soybeans and corns, add Seasoning, then toss in the mock shrimps.

  • Add the cornstarch water and stir evenly.

  • Serve hot.
