Watermelon Chicken Soup Recipe

Watermelon, peeled off green layer. Cut into 4 cm pieces

Chicken thighs, removed skin and cut into pieces

Water

Salt

Pepper

Method :
  • Put watermelon, chicken and water into a pot.

  • Bring to boil for 20 minutes.

  • Lower heat and simmer for an hour till soft.

  • Add in salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve hot with white rice.
