Black Pepper French Beans Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 3-4

200 g

2 cloves

 

Seasoning A

2 tablespoons

 

Seasoning B

2 teaspoons

1 tablespoon

1/4 cup

French beans

Pork loin

Garlic

 

 

Black pepper sauce

 

 

Sugar

Dark soy sauce

Water

Method :
  • Rinse the French beans, trim off the ends and snap into halves.

  • Shred the pork loin. Mince the garlic.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and stir fry the garlic.

  • Add Seasoning A and the pork shreds. Stir until cooked.

  • Add the French beans and Seasoning B, toss well until the gravy is almost dry.

  • Serve hot with steamed rice.
