Shredded Vegetables with Bean Sprouts Recipe

Seasonings:-

1/4 teaspoon

2 teaspoons

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

Fresh bean sprouts, picked

Chicken meat, shredded

Chinese mushrooms, soaked and shredded

Small carrot, shredded

Red chili, seeded and shredded

Shallots, sliced

Garlic, chopped

Cooking oil

Coriander leaves, for garnishing

 

 

Salt

Soy sauce

MSG (Optional)

Sesame oil

Pepper

Method :
  • Heat oil in pan and sauté shallots and garlic till fragrant.

  • Put in chicken shreds and fry till color changes.

  • Add mushrooms, carrot and chili. Fry for a while.

  • Add bean sprouts and seasoning ingredients. Stir fry to mix well. Sprinkle a few drops of water and oil, if necessary. Toss to mix thoroughly.

  • Remove, garnish with coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot.
