Stir-Fried Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 3-4

400 g

3 cloves


1 stalk



1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon




Spring onion



Rice wine


Method :
  • Cut the cabbage into halves, remove the leaves and tear them into small pieces, rinse and drain.

  • Mince the garlic. Cut the tomato into pieces.

  • Rinse and cut the spring onion into sections.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, stir fry the minced garlic and spring onion, then add the tomato and stir until it is fragrant.

  • Stir fry the cabbage over high heat and stir in 1/4 cup water and the Seasoning. Cover with lid and simmer over low heat until it is cooked. Serve.
