Stir-Fried Water Convolvulus with Fermented Bean Curd Recipe

(Rau Muong Xao Chao)

Ingredients : Serves 4

500 g

1/2 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

1 clove

Water convolvulus

Red fermented bean curd

Sugar

Red chili, finely chopped

Cooking oil

Garlic, peeled and finely chopped

Method :
  • Wash water convolvulus and break into short lengths.

  • In a small bowl, add fermented bean curd, sugar and chili and mix well.

  • Heat cooking oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Add water convolvulus and sauté.

  • Stir well for 5 minutes.

  • Serve with steamed rice.
