Carefully remove clean-tear cabbage leaves
into small pieces about 2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. Cut spine
of leaf into smaller pieces.
Wipe clean and cut dry hot red peppers
into 1 inch long strips, remove seeds.
Heat oil in frying pan, fry red pepper
first, and when the pepper gets dark in color, add peppercorns and
cabbage. Stir quickly over very high heat for 3 minutes.
When cabbage is soft, add salt, sugar and
soy sauce. Stir for one more minute.
