Garlic Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients :

Fresh medium shrimps
Lime juice
Flour
Olive oil
Whole head of garlic, chopped
Chilies, thinly sliced
Salt

Method :

Peel shrimps, remove the heads and tails
and devein.

Marinate in lime juice for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on shrimps and mix lightly.
Heat olive oil in a wok.

Saute garlic over low heat until lightly
browned, about 5 minutes.

Add shrimps. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes or
until shrimps are almost cooked.

Add the chilies and salt. Heat through 1-2
more minutes or until shrimps are fully cooked.

For a spicier taste, crush the chilies
lightly before serving.
