Shrimp Rolls Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4 - 5

Seasoning :

2/4 teaspoon

Shrimp, shelled and cleaned. Wipe dry and minced

White bread, trimmed skin and cut into half

Oil

 

 

Salt

Sugar

Sesame oil

Egg white

Pepper

 

 

Water chestnuts, finely chopped

Diced spring onions (scallions)

Diced red chilies

Method :
  • Mix shrimp meat with all the seasoning ingredients in one direction until the mixture is sticky.

  • Add ingredients from item A. Mix thoroughly.

  • Steam bread till soft.

  • Spread shrimp meat filling onto bread and roll up neatly.

  • Heat up oil in wok.

  • Deep fry rolls on low heat till golden brown.

  • Serve hot with chili sauce.
