I-Jen Rice Soup Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

10 cups

4 tablespoons

2 tablespoons

I-Jen

Water

Sugar

Corn starch

Method :
  • Clean the I-jen rice, and put in the pot.

  • Add 10 cups of water and bring to boil.

  • Cook and simmer at low heat for 45 minutes or until the I-jen is soft and cooked.

  • Add the corn starch, sugar to the soup.

  • Serve hot.
