I-Jen Rice Soup Recipe

Ingredients :

Water
Sugar
Corn starch

Method :

Clean the I-jen rice, and put in the pot.

Add 10 cups of water and bring to boil.

Cook and simmer at low heat for 45 minutes
or until the I-jen is soft and cooked.

Add the corn starch, sugar to the soup.

Serve hot.
