Cheese Sticks Recipe

Ingredients : Makes 28 pieces

250 ml

Spring roll wrappers

Cheddar cheese

Water

Oil

Method :
  • Steam the wrappers for about 2-3 minutes. Cut the cheese into 1 x 1 x 8 cm sticks.

  • Brush the edges of each wrapper with water.

  • Wrap each cheese stick in a wrapper and press the edges of the wrapper to seal.

  • Heat the oil in wok. Fry the wrapped cheese sticks in hot oil in batches until golden brown.

  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

  • Serve hot.
