Cheese Sticks Recipe

Ingredients :

Spring roll wrappers
Cheddar cheese
Water
Oil

Method :

Steam the wrappers for about 2-3 minutes.
Cut the cheese into 1 x 1 x 8 cm sticks.

Brush the edges of each wrapper with
water.

Wrap each cheese stick in a wrapper and
press the edges of the wrapper to seal.

Heat the oil in wok. Fry the wrapped
cheese sticks in hot oil in batches until golden brown.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot.
