Butter
Soft brown sugar
Egg yolks
Grated orange in rind (from 1 orange)
Sifted plain flour
Grounded toasted cashewnuts
Chocolate chips
Cream butter and soft brown sugar till fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and grated orange rind.
Add the flour mixture to form a soft dough.
Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Place dough in between 2 sheets of plastic. Roll into 1/2 cm thick and cut into small rounds.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180oC for about 15 - 20 minutes till lightly brown.
