Cottage Cheese Sandwich Recipe

60 ml


3 tablespoons

Ricotta or mozzarella cheese or Filipino cottage cheese


Bread rolls or buns

Butter (optional)

Method :
  • Cut the cheese into 6 thick slices. Heat oil in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.

  • Fry each slice of cheese in the hot oil for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

  • Remove from the heat then cut each slice of cheese into two.

  • Slice open the rolls or buns and toast lightly.

  • Spread with butter if desired.

  • Put 2 slices of the cooked cheese into each roll or bun.

  • Serve immediately.
