Ricotta or mozzarella cheese or Filipino cottage cheese
Oil
Bread rolls or buns
Butter (optional)
Cut the cheese into 6 thick slices. Heat oil in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
Fry each slice of cheese in the hot oil for 30 seconds - 1 minute.
Remove from the heat then cut each slice of cheese into two.
Slice open the rolls or buns and toast lightly.
Spread with butter if desired.
Put 2 slices of the cooked cheese into each roll or bun.
Serve immediately.
