Medium jar Chinese stem ginger, drained
Lychees
Ginger wine
Insert a piece of the drained stem ginger into each lychee.
Mix the liquid from the stem ginger and the lychee syrup.
Add in the ginger wine.
Pour over the stuffed lychees.
Serve cool
