Lychee Slap Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

15 ml

Medium jar Chinese stem ginger, drained


Ginger wine

Method :
  • Insert a piece of the drained stem ginger into each lychee.

  • Mix the liquid from the stem ginger and the lychee syrup.

  • Add in the ginger wine.

  • Pour over the stuffed lychees.

  • Serve cool
