Slice each banana in half lengthwise.

Skin and cut the jackfruit into 12 strips,
equal in length to the sliced bananas.

Steam the spring roll wrappers for about 1
minute or until soft.

In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of the brown
sugar with the water. To prepare the rolls, brush the edges of each
wrapper with the sugar mixture.

Place one banana and one jackfruit strip
on each wrapper. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then roll each wrapper and
press the edges together to seal.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Fry
each roll over low heat until golden brown.

Remove from pan and roll in toasted sesame
seeds.

Place on a paper towel to drain and serve
warm.
