Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 6-8


1 liter

250 ml

3 tablespoons

Large sweet potatoes

Iced water



Method :
  • Peel the sweet potato and cut into very thin slices.

  • Soak the sweet potato slices in iced water for about 30 minutes.

  • Drain and set aside on paper towels to dry.

  • Heat the oil until very hot.

  • Deep fry the sweet potato slices until they turn golden yellow and are firm and crispy.

  • Drain on paper towels.

  • Dust lightly with sugar before serving.
