Sweet Red Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients :

Red bean
Water
Sugar
Pandanus leaf, knotted

Method :

Clean the soaked red beans.

Put the red beans and pandanus leaf in the pot, add 10 cups of water.

Bring to the boil for 15 minutes.

Cook and simmer for a further 45 minutes
or until the red beans are soft and cooked.

Add sugar, stir and remove the pandanus
leaf.

Serve in dessert bowls.
