Century Eggs with Gingko Nuts Recipe

Ingredients :

Mushrooms
Green pepper
Chili
Gingko nuts
Century eggs

Method :

Soak and remove the stems of the
mushrooms. Together with the green pepper and chili, cut into pieces.

Rinse the gingko nuts.

Shell the century eggs and cut into
quarters. Coat with Seasoning A.

Heat 2 cups of oil in a pan and deep fry
the century eggs until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain.

Leave 2 tablespoons oil in the pan and
stir fry the gingko nuts, mushrooms, green pepper, chili and Seasoning B
until cooked.

Add the century eggs and stir well. Serve.
