Egg Bean Curd Recipe

Garnishing :

1 sprig

Soya bean milk

Eggs, lightly beaten

Chicken stock granules (dissolved in 2 tablespoons boiling water)

Pepper

Salt

 

 

Oil

Garlic, finely chopped

Minced meat

Oyster sauce

Soya sauce

Pepper

Sesame oil

Corn flour (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)

 

 

Spring onions (scallions), finely shredded

Red chilies, finely sliced

Method :
  • Mix all the ingredients in item A. Pour into a deep bowl and steam on low heat till cooked.

  • Heat up oil in wok. Saut� chopped garlic till fragrant.

  • Add all the ingredients from item B. Stir well and thicken with corn flout.

  • Taste and dish onto steamed egg bean curd.

  • Sprinkle spring onions (scallions) and red chilies on top as garnishing.

  • Serve hot with white rice.
