Beef Curry Recipe

Ingredients :

Beef loin
Some cornstarch water
Some chili shreds
Curry powder, chili oil
Rice wine, dark soy sauce
Salt
Rice wine
Coconut milk

Method :

Rinse the basil. Mince the garlic and
ginger.

Slice the beef loin and marinate with
Seasoning A.

Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the
beef slices briefly. Remove and drain.

Leave 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and
stir fry the garlic, ginger and Seasoning B.

Add the carrots, stir fry until cooked.

Add Seasoning C, beef loin and basil and
stir-fry evenly.

Lastly, thicken with some cornstarch water
and sprinkle with chili shreds.
