Cut the asparagus into small sections.
Slice the garlic.
Put the beef slices in a bowl and beat in
half an egg. Mix in Seasoning A and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Warm 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the
beef until 70% cooked. Remove the drain.
Leave 2 teaspoons oil in the pan and stir
fry the garlic slices, followed by the asparagus and Seasoning B. After
they are cooked, add the beef slices and stir fry evenly.
