Spring onions (scallions), cut into 2 1/2 cm (1-in) lengths
Bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
Fish sauce
Oyster sauce

Method :

Roast the sesame seeds in a clean frying
pan or toaster oven for 10 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning.
Remove from the heat and crush lightly with a rolling pin to release the
flavor.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok over high
heat. Stir-fry the beef for about 1 minute. Remove and set aside.

Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Add the
garlic, spring onions and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the
fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, stirring until well combined.

Return the beef to the wok and add the
sesame seeds. Continue to stir-fry for about 3 minutes more. Remove from
the heat and serve.
