Beef with Water Spinach Recipe

Water spinach
Beef slices
Sugar

Method :

Peel the garlic and crush lightly. Slice
the chili.

Rinse, drain and cut the water spinach
into small sections.

Pour 1 tablespoon oil into a pan, stir fry
the garlic and chili, followed by the Seasoning and water spinach.
Remove.

Scald the beef slices in hot oil until 70%
cooked, pour away excess oil and stir-fry the water spinach briefly.
Serve.
