Beef with Water Spinach Recipe

Method :
  • Peel the garlic and crush lightly. Slice the chili.

  • Rinse, drain and cut the water spinach into small sections.

  • Pour 1 tablespoon oil into a pan, stir fry the garlic and chili, followed by the Seasoning and water spinach. Remove.

  • Scald the beef slices in hot oil until 70% cooked, pour away excess oil and stir-fry the water spinach briefly. Serve.
