Boil the whole pork with a little wine,
ginger and green onion for about 30 minutes. Remove and set aside to
cool.

Cut the pork into very thin slices.

Cut the green and red peppers into 1 inch
squares (remove seeds first).

Slice the garlic lengthwise.

Mix in small bowl the sweet soy bean paste
with soy sauce, sugar and hot bean paste.

Fry the pork slices in 3 tablespoons oil
for one minute. Then add garlic, green and red peppers. Stir for 1 more
minute.

Remove from pan. Use the remaining oil to
fry the sweet soy bean paste for 10 seconds.

Return pork mixture, stir well and serve.
