Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Recipe

Noodles and a green salad make fine
partners for this delicious chicken, which you can serve as an appetizer
or main course. Ingredients :

Lemongrass, thinly sliced
Shallots, peeled and chopped
Chili, chopped
Garlic, peeled and chopped
Oil
Salt
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Fish sauce
Honey
Sugar
Sesame oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Chicken meat, cubed
Bamboo skewers

Method :

Pound the lemongrass, shallots, chili,
garlic and oil until fine.

Add the salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish
sauce, honey, sugar, sesame oil and pepper to the lemongrass mixture,
stirring well to combine.

Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl with
the paste and marinate for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, start the barbecue fire.

Soak
the bamboo skewers.

When ready to eat, thread the chicken
cubes on the skewers and grill over medium-hot coals until done, about 4
minutes on each side.

Remove from the fire and serve.
