Oyster Sauce Beef Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-6

Marinade :

1/4 teaspoon

2 teaspoons

Seasoning :

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Beef tenderloin (sliced thinly across grain)

Leek (cut into 1 in sections)

Ginger, cut into slices

Oil for cooking

 

 

Baking soda

Cornstarch

Soy sauce

Cooking wine

 

 

Oyster sauce

Sugar

Salt

Pepper

Sesame oil

Cooking wine

Method :
  • Marinade beef slices for 1 hour.

  • Heat 3 tablespoons oil and fry beef till color changes. Remove and set aside.

  • Heat some more oil and fry ginger and leek till fragrant.

  • Return beef and add oyster sauce, sugar and salt. Stir to mix well.

  • Stir in the remaining seasoning ingredients.

  • Dish up and serve hot.
