Pig's Kidney with Snow Peas Recipe

Method :
  • Remove the white tendons of the pig's kidney, rinse, make criss-cross slits and slice.

  • Rinse and trim the snow peas. Slice the carrots.

  • Scald the pig's kidney in boiling water. Remove.

  • Stir-fry the ginger slices then stir in the pig's kidney, followed by the snow peas, carrots and Seasoning. Serve.
