Pig's Kidney with Snow Peas Recipe

Pig's kidney
Snow peas
Carrots
Ginger
Salt, water
Rice wine

Method :

Remove the white tendons of the pig's
kidney, rinse, make criss-cross slits and slice.

Rinse and trim the snow peas. Slice the
carrots.

Scald the pig's kidney in boiling water.
Remove.

Stir-fry the ginger slices then stir in
the pig's kidney, followed by the snow peas, carrots and Seasoning.
Serve.
