Pork Floss Recipe

Ingredients :

Lean pork chops
Water
Nuoc cham sauce
Sugar
Spring onions (scallions), thinly sliced
Ground black pepper

Method :

Remove skin and bones from pork chops.

Cut meat into flossy thin strips.

Put meat into a small deep saucepan.

Add all other ingredients and bring to
boil over high heat.

Cook for 2 minutes on high heat, stir
constantly, then reduce heat to medium and cook for another 20 minutes
or until liquid is completely absorbed.

Stir towards end of cooking time so that
meat will not get burnt. Remove from saucepan once it turns brown.

Serve with white rice and vegetables or
with salad.
