Pork ribs, cut into small pieces
Salt
Ground white pepper
Chicken seasoning powder
Cooking oil for deep frying
Garlic, finely chopped
Marinade pork ribs with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and chicken seasoning powder. Leave for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry pork ribs until golden brown. Remove, drain and set aside.
In a clean wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil and stir fry garlic until fragrant.
Add pork ribs and season with remaining salt and pepper.
Stir fry for a few minutes to mix well.
Serve hot with a salad on the side as desired.
