Salted Fried Pork Ribs Recipe

(Suon Muoi Chien)

Ingredients : Serves 2-4

Pork ribs, cut into small pieces


Ground white pepper

Chicken seasoning powder

Cooking oil for deep frying

Garlic, finely chopped

Method :
  • Marinade pork ribs with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and chicken seasoning powder. Leave for 10 minutes.

  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry pork ribs until golden brown. Remove, drain and set aside.

  • In a clean wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil and stir fry garlic until fragrant.

  • Add pork ribs and season with remaining salt and pepper.

  • Stir fry for a few minutes to mix well.

  • Serve hot with a salad on the side as desired.
