Frog legs, cleaned
Lemon grass, bulbous portion only, finely chopped
Red chili, finely chopped
Salt
Sugar
Cooking oil
Garlic, finely chopped
Marinade frog legs with 1/2 tablespoon lemon grass, half the chili, salt and sugar.
Heat cooking oil and stir fry garlic until golden brown.
Add remaining lemon grass and remaining chili.
Stir fry until fragrant.
Add frog legs and stir fry until cooked.
Season to taste with more salt if necessary.
Serve with steamed rice.
