Saut�ed Frog Legs with Lemon Grass Recipe

(Ech Xao Sa Ot)

Ingredients : Serves 4

Frog legs, cleaned

Lemon grass, bulbous portion only, finely chopped

Red chili, finely chopped

Salt

Sugar

Cooking oil

Garlic, finely chopped

Method :
  • Marinade frog legs with 1/2 tablespoon lemon grass, half the chili, salt and sugar.

  • Heat cooking oil and stir fry garlic until golden brown.

  • Add remaining lemon grass and remaining chili.

  • Stir fry until fragrant.

  • Add frog legs and stir fry until cooked.

  • Season to taste with more salt if necessary.

  • Serve with steamed rice.
